Textphone numbers

If you’re deaf or have problems with your speech, you can use a textphone instead of a voice telephone. 

Unlike a standard telephone, a textphone has a keyboard and a display screen. Instead of speaking into a telephone mouthpiece, you type what you want to say using the keyboard.

You can only use the textphone service with a textphone – it isn’t compatible with standard telephones or mobile phones.
