Our Mobile Banking app is the easiest way to change your address. It’s quick, time-saving and can be done in just a few simple steps.
- First you’ll need to log on to the Mobile Banking app.
- Then select 'More' and click on your name.
- Select your address and then follow the on-screen commands.

You can visit your nearest branch to change your address.

Please quote the following reference number: P1COA. We will also need your:
- Name
- old address
- new address
- product account or policy number
- date of birth
- phone number or email address
- signature.
For accounts or other products or services with one or more of these Lloyds Banking Group companies: Halifax, Bank of Scotland, MBNA or Lloyds Bank Private Banking - we will update them with your new address.
For any insurance set up by us, please contact your provider to update them with your new address. It could affect your policy if you don’t.
