How to order travel money

This guide will teach you how to order travel money in Internet Banking or our Mobile Banking app.

What do I need to order travel money?

Ordering travel money is easy with Lloyds Bank. All you need to get started is:

  • A Lloyds Bank current account or savings account
  • To be registered for Internet Banking
Log on and order

How do I order travel money?

    1. Log on to Internet Banking
    2. Go to the 'other services' and select 'travel money'
    3. Select the currency you wish to purchase
    4. Enter the amount which you wish to purchase and select 'continue'
    5. Review your quote and, if you're happy, click 'select delivery type'
    6. Choose how you wish to receive your travel money. This can be either to your home address or to be collected at a branch of your choice.
    7. Once you have selected your delivery options, you can choose your payment options on the ‘payment details’ page.
    8. You’ve chosen all your options for your travel money - now you are now ready to confirm your order. Confirm you’ve read the terms and conditions, then enter your password and click ‘confirm order’.

  2. Tap on the three dot 'more' menu and select 'order travel money'
  3. Select the currency you wish to purchase
  4. Enter the amount which you wish to purchase and select 'continue'
