UK Consumer Digital Index 2020 – National and regional findings and case study stories

In order to provide localised targeted insight, a selection of the Consumer Digital Index findings are provided at regional level. This aims to provide a more local lens for Government, industry partners, education providers and tech companies, enabling more targeted strategies for the digital inclusion agenda across the UK.

Case study stories

This year we have spoken to over 7,000 people either face to face or on the phone to shape the 2020 report. Every data point is a person, and we speak to a number of these people to bring their story to life on how digital plays a part in their every day routine and how It helps in day to day life.
