Making banking easier

To make banking easier and more convenient, we'll soon start to introduce more ways you can manage any personal accounts you have with Lloyds, Halifax or Bank of Scotland in one place, using co-servicing. Whether that’s online through the apps and online banking, or with a colleague over the phone, or in a branch.

Branch changes

You can already visit the branch that’s most convenient to you to manage your accounts.

The simplest and fastest way to do your banking is by using the app or online banking. But, if you need to use a branch, you can now also visit any Halifax or Bank of Scotland branch.

In our Halifax and Bank of Scotland branches, you’ll get the same friendly welcome and service you’re used to. You can do things like:

  • pay in cash and cheques
  • take out or transfer money
  • pay bills.

If you’d like to open a new account our colleagues will show you how, using the mobile banking app.

And if you have any accounts with Halifax or Bank of Scotland, you can also manage them in any of our Lloyds branches.
