If you haven’t already opened a Share Dealing account you’ll need to do this first.

If you haven’t already you’ll need to register online using your Lloyds or Halifax Share Dealing account.

Once you’ve registered for online banking you’ll be able to log in to the app.​

Common problems

Multiple summaries​

Some customers may see more than one account summary. ​

If you have a Share Dealing account jointly or have accounts with Halifax or Bank of Scotland, you’ll also see these.​

Valuation accuracy​

The total value is not real-time and is updated once a day. It may include unsettled cash and trading transactions.​

To get a more exact value simply select your Share Dealing account.​

Invalid details

When registering for online banking your details must match as they’re held on your Share Dealing account.​

It can take around one working day for your account to be available to register.​
