Change your address

If you need your mail sent to a different address, an address outside the UK or a BFPO address, please visit your local branch or call us. You'll also need to call us to update a child account.

To change your address using our app

1. Log on

First you’ll need to log on to the Mobile Banking app.

2. Navigate to 'Profile'

Tap the 'profile' icon in the top right hand corner of the app.

3. Update your details

Tap edit next to your address and then follow the on-screen commands.

4. All done

That's it, you've updated your address. The change will take place immediately. You'll see the change next time you log on.

Other ways to change your address

  • You can visit your nearest branch to change your address.

  • Phone us on 0345 300 0000 (+44 1733 347 007 from outside the UK).

  • You can write to us to change your address as well. Please send a letter to:

    Please quote the following reference number: P1COA. We will also need your:

    • Name
    • Old and new address
    • Product account or policy number
    • Date of birth
    • Phone number or email address
    • Signature

    If you have a product or service with the following parts of the Lloyds Banking Group we'll let them know you've changed your address:

    Halifax
    Bank of Scotland
    MBNA
    Lloyds Bank Private Banking

    For any insurance set up by us, please contact your provider to update them with your new address. It could affect your policy if you don’t.

Mobile Banking: We don’t charge you for Internet Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. You must be registered for Internet Banking.

Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
