Replace your card or get a PIN reminder

If there is a problem with your credit or debit card or you need a PIN reminder let us know online. It’s simple, safe and secure.

You can request a replacement credit or debit card through Internet Banking if:

  • your existing card is damaged or not working
  • your registered address is within the UK

Fill in our simple form and we'll cancel your card straight away. Once ordered you'll receive a new card within 5 working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.

Contactless enabled cards will be sent for all eligible accounts, unless you have previously opted out of contactless.

You can also request a replacement card and view your card details in our Mobile Banking app.

If you are a debit card customer, you can view your card details in our app the following day. If you are a credit card customer, you can continue to view your existing card details in the app and use them to make purchases online or over the phone.

Royal Mail strike action

Royal Mail has announced its employees are planning a series of strikes. During this time, deliveries may take longer than five working days to arrive.

    Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    Your replacement card or PIN reminder will be sent securely by post within 5 working days.

    Please note that for security purposes, we cannot provide your PIN details over the phone.

     

Mobile Banking: We don’t charge you for Internet Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. You must be registered for Internet Banking.

Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
