You may have seen in the news recently that in the event of a no-deal Brexit, you will need to get a Green Card as proof of insurance to drive in the European Union (EU).
However, the European Union (EU) has recently granted the UK an extension to the Brexit process until 31st October 2019. This means that Green Cards are currently not required for driving in the European Union (EU) before the 31st October 2019. We will continue to monitor Brexit developments and if there is a need for us to issue Green Cards for travel after 31st October 2019 we will provide a further update.
