Setting up a new standing order

How do I set up a standing order using a desktop or laptop computer?
Step 1
You can set up a standing order to pay into another of your own accounts, or someone else's. Choose the 'More Actions' button on your account.
Step 2
Open 'Direct Debits and standing orders'.
Step 3
Choose 'Set up a standing order'.
Step 4
To pay someone you’ve paid before or to move money between your own Lloyds Bank accounts, click ‘Select account or recipient’ and click the account you want to pay.
To pay someone for the first time, click ‘Pay someone new +’.
Step 5
Choose who you want to pay from the list or, if paying someone new, enter the details of the account you wish to pay. .
Step 6
Choose the frequency, first payment date and a reference for your standing order if you want to add one. Set a final payment date or leave it to continue until further notice.
Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Step 7
Check all the payment details and then click 'Confirm standing order'.
Step 8
Success. Your standing order is set up and will start from the date you requested..
How do I set up a standing order using the app?

Step 1
Go to your account page and tap the three dots next to your account.

Step 2
Tap 'Payments & Transfers’.

Step 3
Tap 'Choose who to pay'.

Step 4
Choose another of your accounts, or someone else's from the list.
To pay someone for the first time, tap 'Pay someone new' and follow the steps to add the details of the account you wish to pay.

Step 5
Type the amount and tap 'Make this a standing order'.

Step 6
Choose the frequency, start date and a reference for your standing order if you want to add one. Set a final payment date or leave it to continue until further notice. When you’re done tap 'Continue’.

Step 7
Check all the payment details and then tap 'Confirm'.

Step 8
Success. Your standing order is set up and will start from the date you requested.
