The challenging times we’re all experiencing means we’re getting a lot more calls than usual and our call times are longer. So we can support people in the most vulnerable situations, we ask that you only call us if your enquiry is urgent. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service.

Colleague Volunteering

Using colleague skills to improve education, employability and enterprise.

Making a Difference Together

Each year our colleagues spend hundreds of thousands of hours volunteering to help communities prosper. They support our charity partner, Mental Health UK, as well as charities and organisations that are local and personal to them, utilising their core skills and resources to help improve education, employability and enterprise to strengthen community organisations across the UK.

Give and Gain

Colleague volunteering is key to our Helping Britain Prosper Plan, allowing us to connect with the communities in which we work and live. By developing local, long-term relationships we can showcase how we are helping communities prosper.

As part of this, we are proud to support Business in the Community’s ‘Give and Gain’ which "celebrates the power of these relationships, and the skills, insights and mutual understanding shared as a result"
