Order a replacement debit card or PIN

Important: if your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 0800 096 9779 (+44 1702 278 270 from abroad). Do not use the form below to declare your card lost or stolen.

If your card is due to expire you should automatically receive a replacement one. If you have not received it, please call us on 0345 300 0000 (for credit cards, please call 0845 606 2172). 

Note that if you’ve changed your address within the last 3 months, you’ll need to order your card either in branch or by calling us on 0345 300 0000 (+44 1733 347 007 from abroad) so we can ask you a few security questions - we’re open from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.

Calls may be monitored and recorded.
