E- investment accounts opened before 20/02/2023
This section is for customers with an E- investment account with an account number beginning with IL opened before 20/02/2023.
We’re making some changes to our investment accounts, which means we’ll be moving your E-Investments account to a Share Dealing Account or ISA from 12 September 2026.

You can continue to use your E- investment as usual. For details of your account you can do so by logging on to online banking
If you no longer have access to online banking you can call 0345 835 5728 Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The service fee for your E – investment ISA or Investment Account is 0.24%. This has been capped to a maximum of £36. For full details of the charges that apply to your E- investment account refer to Our Fund Range and Investments document.

If you would like to know about an investment you made in our branch before April 2014 you can find that information and how to manage your account by calling 0345 835 7374. Call costs may vary depending on your service provider. This number will put you through to the customer administration team and Scottish Widows Unit Trust Managers who can help. Scottish Widows Unit Trust Managers are part of the same group as Lloyds. All calls may be monitored or recorded and lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
