  • You're not looking to borrow more at the same time as switching to a new deal.
  • You don't want to make a change to the term or repayment type of your existing mortgage.
  • No element of your mortgage is held on an interest only basis.
  • Your mortgage account number starts with a 30, 40 or 50.

This option may be suitable for you if:

  • You’re not sure about which mortgage deal to take. We can support you with advice from one of our qualified mortgage advisers and they’ll ask about your needs and circumstances and then recommend our most suitable mortgage for you.
  • You're looking to borrow more at the same time as switching to a new deal.
  • You want to make a change to the term or repayment type of your existing mortgage.
