To use our online service your registered address needs to be within the UK.
If you don’t have our app, you can learn how to set it up. You can also visit us in branch, or if you’d prefer to speak with someone, give us a call.
To send your replacement card to a different address to what is on your account statements, visit us in branch.
Debit card customers can view their card details in our app the following day.
Credit card customers can continue to view existing card details in the app and use them to make purchases online or over the phone.
We send contactless cards to all eligible accounts unless you have opted out of contactless in the past.
