Manage your personal details

It’s easy to manage your personal details in Internet Banking. Tell us how you’d like to be contacted or change your username and password to make them easier to remember.

Access your personal details by selecting ‘Your profile’ from the toolbar.

Managing personal details step 1

1. Review or amend your telephone numbers and e-mail address, or find out how to change your address.

2. Manage your Internet Banking preferences, such as paper free correspondence, travel flag and text alerts.

3. Update your Internet Banking details:

  • Choose a username that’s memorable to you to make it easer to log on
  • Make your password and MI secure and personal to you to stay safe online
