You can ask us to send a copy of your most recent statement, a redemption statement, an Interim statement or a Certificate of Mortgage Interest below. We’ll ask you for your 14-digit account number, so it’s worth having it to hand.
You can print a summary of your statement from the Internet Banking mortgage overview screen. You'll need to use a desktop or laptop computer to do this.
When you print a statement, you can:
We’ll send you a mortgage statement each year.
We can send you a copy of the last year’s statement, which is a full breakdown of your mortgage account including the interest rates, sub accounts and details of the early repayment charges that would apply if you repaid your mortgage in full and payments over the last 12 months.
An Interim Statement lists the transactions for a specific period of time.
A Certificate of Mortgage Interest gives details of the interest charged to your mortgage account during a tax year, April to April. You can use it to help you complete your tax return or your accountant may have asked you to obtain one for the preparation of your annual accounts.
If you would like either of the above then call us on 0345 6031637 and we’ll post one to you within 5 working days.
Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm.
