It's worth remembering that it can take up to 48 hours for your payments to show on your statement, even though the money will have left your bank account.

How to make your monthly mortgage payments

By Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit payment is simple. Just complete the Direct Debit Instruction Form and return it to us, or call us on 0345 603 1637 and we’ll set it up for you. Lines are open 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

However you choose to set up your Direct Debit payments, you’re covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. We’ll write to you to confirm that your Direct Debit has been set up. 

By standing order

You can pay your mortgage by standing order from any bank, using these details:

  • Sort code: 30–00–00
  • Account number: 00353019
  • Account Name: Lloyds Bank plc
  • Your 14 – digit mortgage account number, with ‘00’ added at the end as your reference. For example, 40**********00.

Payments are only sent on working days, so if you’re standing order is due to leave your account on a weekend or Bank Holiday, the payment will leave your account on the next working day. You should allow 3 working days for your payment to reach us.

By debit card

You can make mortgage payments over the phone, using a debit card. Call us on 0345 603 1637 and one of our advisers will take your payment. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 8am – 4pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you prefer, you can also make payments in person at your local branch. 

You’ll need your 14 – digit mortgage account number. Please note that we can only take debit card payments from customers who are named on the mortgage account.
