If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen, you can report this and request a replacement through Internet Banking, or on the move using your Mobile Banking app.

How to freeze your card

Report your card as lost or stolen online

Simply log onto Internet Banking and follow these three simple steps. We'll cancel your card straight away and you will receive your new card in 3-5 working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.


Step 1

Select Help & Support at the top of your account overview page and choose lost and stolen card.

Step 2

Select the cards that you want to cancel and replace.

Step 3

Enter your Internet Banking password to confirm your request.

You can also report your card as lost or stolen in the Mobile Banking app by typing 'lost or stolen' in the search bar at the top.


Already reported your card as lost or stolen?

If you have reported your debit or credit card as lost or stolen, you can view your card details in our Mobile Banking app.
