If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen, you can report this and request a replacement through Internet Banking, or on the move using your Mobile Banking app.
Freeze your misplaced card
If you think you've temporarily misplaced your debit or credit card or would like to freeze different types of transactions you can do this through our Mobile Banking app.
Report your card as lost or stolen online
Simply log onto Internet Banking and follow these three simple steps. We'll cancel your card straight away and you will receive your new card in 3-5 working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.
