Cancel your policy

Our phone lines may be particularly busy due to the current coronavirus situation. If that is the case when you call then please use the online cancellation form.

Cancelling your policy online is easy

1. Complete our online cancellation form

To help us find your policy, we’ll ask you a few details, and you’ll need to choose when you’d like us to cancel your policy from.

2. We’ll find your policy and cancel it as requested

If we need more details, or we’re unable to locate your policy we will contact you on the phone number that you provide.

3. Your policy will be cancelled

We’ll aim to write to you within 14 days to confirm that your policy has been cancelled, however this may take us longer due to the impact of Coronavirus.

If you’re only wanting to change what you’re covered for e.g. remove pedal cycle cover, then please e-mail us and we'll call you back as soon as we can.
