To help us identify you, you’ll need to enter some personal details so we can access your account information. You’ll need the detail of one of the following Lloyds Bank accounts to hand; current account, savings, credit card, mortgage or loan. We will also ask for your name, date of birth and postcode.
We’ll now ask you to select your Internet Banking log on details. You will need to choose a User ID and password. You need to ensure your details are secure and only memorable to you, as you’ll need to enter them every time you log on.
Once you have set up your log on details, we will call you to verify that it’s you registering for Internet Banking. You can choose which telephone number we call you on as long as it’s one we already have on record for you. You’ll need to follow the on screen instructions to complete the verification. In some circumstances we may not be able to call you and you will instead receive an activation code in the post within the next few days.
You’re now registered for Internet Banking. If you successfully completed our verification call, you can log on straight away using your chosen User ID and password. Once you’ve logged on, you’ll be asked to set up some memorable information, which you will need to use to log on in the future.
If you had to wait for an activation code in the post, once received, log on using your chosen user ID and password and then on the next screen you will be asked to enter this activation code. If you do not receive your activation code, you can request a new one from this page.
