Why is my policy ending?
We regularly review the products we make available to our customers and we have decided that Flexible Contents Insurance will no longer be offered after 31 May 2022. Your cover will remain in place until this date unless you choose to cancel earlier.

When will my policy end?
Your policy will end on 31 May 2022 (23:59:59) unless you have chosen to cancel your policy before this date. We will send you an email to confirm your policy cancellation. If you still need cover after 31 May you will need to find alternative insurance.

Why can't I add Anywhere Cover?
As the product is closing we are unable to add any new items. If you need to add new items you will need to look for alternative cover.

Can I change my address?
As the product is closing, you are unable to set up a new policy to change your address. If you require cover at your new address you should arrange this with another insurer as soon as possible so you are not left without cover. You will then need to cancel your policy in Your Policy Manager. If you are unable to find cover please contact us on flexiblecontents@lloydsbanking.com

How do I cancel my policy?
You can cancel your policy by signing into your account online and clicking on “Cancel policy”.
Whenever you cancel your policy, a refund will be processed automatically to your chosen payment card, if owed to you. Please allow three to five working days for this to reach to you.

What if I have an open claim?
Your cover ending on the 31 May 2022 will not impact any open claims. We will continue to process any claims for incidents that occurred on or before 31 May. Please see more information on open claims in the Claims FAQs section below.

Can I still manage my policy online?
Yes, you can still access your Policy Manager until 31 May when your policy will end. For more information see the Claims FAQs section below.

For claims submitted before 21 May 2022, please access your Policy Manager to track your claim status and find out if there is any information we require from you.
We will keep you up to date on your claim by email so it’s important to make sure we have the correct email address. If you need to update your email address you can do this in your Policy Manager.
For claims submitted on or after 21 May 2022, we will keep you up to date on progress by email or phone.
