10% Home Solutions Discount Offer conditions

  • You’ll receive the 10% Home Solutions Discount Offer if you hold a Club Lloyds Current Account and:

- take out a new Lloyds Bank Home Solutions combined buildings and contents policy as a result of a combined policy quotation obtained from 19 January 2015; or

- renew an existing Lloyds Bank Home Solutions combined buildings and contents policy from 17 April 2016; or

- change your existing Lloyds Bank Home Solutions buildings or contents policy to a combined buildings and contents policy from 19 January 2015.

  • The offer is not available online for Home Solutions.
  • The discount is 10% and applies to all cover taken out under your combined policy except Home Emergency cover.
  • If you receive more than one discount, they will be applied consecutively. Please note that minimum premiums apply.
  • If you:

- take out a new combined policy, the discount is initially for your first annual insurance period.

- renew an existing combined policy, the discount is applied at your renewal for the next annual insurance period.

- change your existing buildings or contents policy to a combined policy, the discount is for the rest of your existing annual insurance period.

  • The discount will be applied to your premium for further insurance periods if:

- you continue to hold a combined buildings and contents policy; and

- the offer has not been withdrawn.

  • We will write to you before your policy renewal date to let you know if the discount will be applied to your premium for the next insurance period. Your premium can still rise even if you receive a discount.
  • We can withdraw the offer at any time but will tell you before this happens. If the discount is being applied to your premium, we will provide you with at least 12 months’ notice of the withdrawal.
  • If your premium changes during the insurance period, the discount will continue to be applied to your new premium for the rest of the insurance period.
  • If you pay your premium monthly, the discount will be spread equally across your monthly payments.
  • Please keep these conditions for future reference.
