Report your card lost or stolen
You can do this online
- It's safe and secure.
- It'll block your card straight away.
- And it saves you a phone call.
Once you've cancelled your card it can't be reinstated.
Freeze your card
If you've misplaced your card you can freeze it whilst you look for it using our Mobile Banking app.
